For those of us slightly more mature folk we have ThreeWay WisePlay here in the Lounge from Thursday 17 October for seven weeks of movement classes providing functional fitness for fun-loving seniors. Classes start at 1.30pm and entry is by Koha so come and give your body, brain and wellbeing a boost! ThreeWay WisePlay is adaptable and accessible for all levels of mobility, playing with seated, standing and floor explorations. If you are a bus user, there are some changes coming to bus routes in the area, including the OuterLink, the 64 and the 650. Auckland Transport will be at the Centre on Wednesday 30 October between 12.00pm and 3.00pm, and Saturday 2 November between 11.00am and 2.00pm.
