Art Exhibitions in the Foyer, Hall and Church
The Centre is a popular venue for Art Exhibitions from solo exhibitions to large scale displays for exhibition or sale. The Foyer is a cost effective space for a small number of artists and in combination with the Hall can accomodate a large number of hung and static artworks.
Both the Foyer and Hall have click rails installed to hang up artwork, with 90 hangers for individual pieces. Display stands, tables and exhibitor walls can be added to the Hall and Church for even larger events.
We have a discounted rate for events of more than a day as well as fundraising events.
Birthday Parties and Baby Showers
A Birthday Party or Baby Shower at the Village Centre is a stress free event without the need to worry about the weather. The Hall is perfect for larger celebrations and the Lounge is great for smaller parties and baby showers. We offer a BYO venue, well located in central Auckland, in the heart of Mt Eden Village.
Corporate Venue in Central Auckland
The Village Centre is popular for Corporate Training Days, Team Building events and Meetings. Our natural ventilation, central Auckland location and Village vibe makes it a great environment for your team. We are the host venue for a number of Building Corporate AGMs.
All our rooms are suitable for your Corporate event and we can recommend local caterers should you wish to provide food and beverages. A Projector and Microphone system are available for hire.

Christmas Party Venue in Central Auckland
The Mt Eden Village Centre is a self-catering facility, available for your corporate Christmas functions and celebrations. We offer a beautiful and charming BYO venue in Auckland, located in the heart of Mt Eden village. Our venue hire is very affordable, a rarity in Auckland during the holiday season. Please contact us and we can discus how we can help, including help with catering requests.
Wedding Venue in Central Auckland
Wedding ceremonies are regularly conducted in our beautiful Church and BYO receptions celebrated in our Hall. Our large Kitchen is ideal for self-catering. For weddings in the Church we charge $575.00, this does not include the cost of the celebrant. This fee includes access for a one hour rehearsal during the before the ceremony and the use of the Church on your wedding day for two hours. Hall and Kitchen hire is extra. Funeral/Memorial Venue
We welcome the hire of our Church for Funerals and Memorials and acknowledge the pressure and stress of organising such an event. Please contact us with your requirements and we will do our very best to accomodate your needs. The fee for a Funeral/Memorial service in the Church is $287.50.
Please note the consumption of food and drinks is not permitted in the Church. Food and drinks can be served in the Foyer, Hall and Lounge. If you wish to hire these rooms there is an additional hourly rate.
