We have a busy March here at the Mt Eden Village Centre. Join us for events and classes, and spend time in the Village cafes and shops for a lovely Autumn day out.

Village Music kicks off their 2026 season with Jackie Bristow and Mark Punch on Friday 20 March at 8.00pm. Their live show blends soulful Americana, folk, and roots with stunning musicianship and heart. Bring friends, bring family, bring your ears and BYO! Tickets are here.

It is Artists in Eden on Saturday 21 March, one of our favourite events in the Mt Eden calendar! Based in the Village Centre and spilling outside, you can watch Artists at work from 10.00am to 2.00pm followed by an Auction of works at 2.30pm. Come along and talk to the Artists or watch an artwork progress from start to finish. More information is here.

We love a good plant sale and we are excited that Johnny Jungle is back with their fantastic Plant Sale on Saturday 28 March from 10.00am to 3.00pm. There will be wild deals and steals but most of all there will be a wide range of gorgeous, beautiful plants that will look great in your home or office. See you there! The Mt Eden Village Craft Market is here on Saturday 14 March from 9.30am to 3.00pm. The Market is an amazing NZ Handmade market with talented and passionate crafters you will enjoy meeting and admiring. They have a customer incentive offer so there is all the more reason to shop local and shop NZ Handmade to support our community. More information is here.

Raising Extraordinary Minds is a parent group that meets here on Thursday 26 March and the last Thursday of each month from 7.00pm in the Lounge. It is a very relaxed and supportive meet up where parents can share their stories and experiences as well as learn new strategies and tools to help them on their parenting journey. Facilitated by growth coach Esther Roberts, the group follows an informal format of peer led discussion and guest speakers in the context of neurodivergence. $20 koha very much appreciated. We have the Auckland Somatic Dance Collective here on Friday 27 March at 6.45pm. Somatic dance is a guided free form movement journey deep into the layers of the body, supported by a carefully curated soundscape in a non judgemental space. Auckland Somatic Dance are a collective of certified somatic dance facilitators and DJ’s who regularly offer dances in Auckland. Follow them on Facebook here.

The Mt Eden Wellbeing Market is in the Hall and Lounge on Saturday 28 March from 10.00am to 3.00pmand is Central Auckland’s regular monthly mind, body and spirit market. The market is here on the last Saturday of every month from February to November. Visit their Facebook page for updates here.

The Mt Eden Village Business Association and Bricks 4 Kidz have another Date Night in Mt Eden Village on Saturday 28 March! There will be FREE babysitting and activities here for kids 5+ between 6.00pm and 9.00pm for parents or caregivers dining at participating restaurants in the Village. Registration is essential for these popular evenings. Proof of dining will be required on pick up. 

Just a reminder the Little Day Out is here tomorrow Saturday 7 March from 9.45am to 10.00am. We can’t wait to open our doors to the younger members of our community and see them enjoy the wonderful Free activities.
