Love, Desire and Attachment Workshop

Kadampa Meditation have a half day workshop in the Hall on Saturday 17 June from 9.45am to 1.00pm. Love, Desire and Attachment brings a focus on relationships. If we wish to enjoy good relationships it is essential that we learn to distinguish between love and attachment. During this Kadampa Meditation course you will learn to distinguish between these minds and free yourself from attachment while cultivating pure love.
