The Auckland Somatic Dance Collective are here on the last Friday of most months at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start. Somatic dance is a guided free form movement journey deep into the layers of the body, supported by a carefully curated soundscape. The space is non judgemental. Auckland Somatic Dance are a collective of certified somatic dance facilitators and DJ’s who regularly offer dances in Auckland. Follow them on Facebook here.
