The Auckland Somatic Dance Collective are here monthly on a Friday evening at 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start (Check our calendar for future dates). Somatic dance is a guided free form movement journey deep into the layers of the body, supported by a carefully curated soundscape. The space is non judgemental.
