The Francis-Lee Duo

Back by popular demand – musical duo Gemma Lee and Charlotte Francis! The Francis-Lee Duo gave a delightful concert for Eden Arts a couple of years ago and we welcome them back on Saturday 14 June in a new programme featuring Brahms’ Violin Sonata No.1, Rebecca Clarke’s Midsummer Moon, Tango by Albéniz/Kreisler and De Falla’s Suite Populaire Espagnole.
Formed in 2016, the Francis-Lee Duo consists of University of Auckland School of Music graduates, violinist Dr Charlotte Francis and pianist Gemma Lee. Both have gained individual successes in chamber music throughout New Zealand and overseas, and have performed together in various venues across the Upper North Island.
