Looking ahead to October and celebration of the International Day of the Older Person, join Tracy and Elin for Chair Yoga and a Fall Prevention Workshop on Wednesday 1 October from 10.00am to 12.00noon. The event is FREE and morning tea is provided. Live Stronger for Longer celebrates ageing well by learning how to improve joint health, balance and strength as well as strategies for fall prevention and what to do if you do fall.
