SUMMARY:Submission Advice for Plan Change 120 Housing Intensification
DESCRIPTION:Most people will have received a letter recently from Council about proposed Plan Change 120. This will provide for high and medium rise apartment blocks throughout much of Mt Eden and Kingsland\, and if it goes ahead will completely change the face of Auckland. The proposal will be open for submissions until 19 December.\n\nLocal resident’s groups have arranged for a public meeting where Council planners will explain how the proposal will affect Mt Eden and Kingsland\, and the process for making submissions.\n\nThe meeting is on 11 November at 7.00 pm in the Church here.
