When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances. Join Kadampa Meditation at The Art of Acceptance on Saturday 16 July from 10.00am to 1.00pm to learn Buddhist techniques to help us respond to difficulties with a positive mind. In this way, we will be able to accept painful feelings, overcome anger and frustration, and discover true inner peace. More information and to book is here.
If you have admired the skill of NZ Sign Language practitioners over the last couple of years, here is your opportunity to learn more.
