DESCRIPTION:IMAgEN8 presents [the breathing earth: a study in motion]\, part of the Auckland Festival of Photography Whakaahua Hākari.\n\nWe often view nature as a static backdrop\, but through the lenses of these young artists\, we see a world that is vividly alive. THE BREATHING EARTH explores the movements that define our environment – a bird in flight\, the setting sun\, the sway of autumn leaves\, the flow in a river\, waves crashing over rocks\, trees bending in a strong wind\, and more. DESCRIPTION:Weekly Drop-in Meditation and Buddhism Classes with Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. \nNo meditation experience is necessary.
